Exam Fees
Fees are $AUD155 (in addition to normal tuition fees) plus postage for your certificate.
The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) tests everyday English language skills of people working in an international business or industrial environment, across all levels of English language ability.
This is a two hour examination which contains listening and reading sections and 200 multiple choice questions.
Preparation for TOEIC examinations takes place in an intensive part-time mode (5 hours per week) as an elective unit. It is generally combined with a General English or Business English course of studies.
New Format TOEIC
Following several years of research, the TOEIC test has recently been redesigned. All TOEIC tests administered at CELT are now in the new format test. The following chart outlines the major changes:
